Dear Friend and Fellow Iron Warrior,
If you’re a sports fan and watched the Olympics this last time around, no doubt you’re now familiar with Jamaican sprinting freak, Usain Bolt, who broke both the 100 and 200 meter world records. He is one seriously fast dude! And, he’s one shredded dude too… as are the vast majority of sprinters!
Now, since you’re a bodybuilder, you don’t train like a sprinter and run, you go to the gym and lift weights!
However, if you took 15% of your workout energy from the gym and did some Olympic sprint training… you’d be even a better bodybuilder for several reasons:
1) You’d build red blood cell production
2) You’d get much leaner and…
3) You’ll develop better calves, glutes and hamstrings
So what I want you to do is this… twice a week, I want you to run 200 meters, 10 times at 80% maximum speed and rest 3-4 minutes between runs. And be sure to hold your core, your stomach and back in an up-right sprinting posture! You are not jogging here buddy. Sprinting is actually weightlifting with your own bodyweight as you bound forward off each stride!
So what this means is, your ankle/calf complex, your hammies and glutes, which propel you will all get a hell of a workout… and will become more fully developed!
And as stated earlier, this significant volume of speed/endurance training will greatly increase natural red blood cell production which will lead to even greater pumps when using weights!
And because of the high level of intensity, you’re metabolic rate will kick in Big Time for maximum fat burning! So now you’ll be muscular, athletic and sleek, just like a racehorse.

Oh, and speaking of racehorses, the anabolic agent you’re about to discover was actually invented for racehorses. It’s called Finabol™ and it’s a very, very potent analog to a French Vet anabolic called Trenbolone Acetate.
