SunburnQ:  I just got back from the beach and had a horrible reaction to the sun. I laid out for awhile and when I came out of the ocean from cooling off, I immediately felt wobbly and everything started spinning as soon as I laid down. I decided to leave and on my way to the car, I started dry heaving and puking all over the place. I’m used to the heat, so I don’t know what happened. I was wondering if it was my cycle or something else?  Here’s what I’m taking:  750 Test Cyp, 600 EQ and 600 Deca with 40 mg D-bol and 1 Nolvadex tab daily.   Last year I did a Clen cycle - about 400 mcg’s a day and had a bad reaction, but nothing like this. Anyone you know get that kind of reaction?

A: You did 400mcg of Clen a day??? Man! Okay, sorry… we just had to marvel at that. For one thing, D-bol tends to make you more sensitive to the sun, and tends to dehydrate you a lot. If you weren’t taking in a lot of fluids, or hadn’t eaten for awhile, this kind of nausea and involuntary vomiting is possible. The heat does strange things to all of us at times. But we’re more concerned that you may have some diabetes issues, and your insulin caused you to get dizzy and very ill.  I’d have your blood glucose tested soon!  But let’s say it’s not the worst case scenario and you did not experience this from an emerging disease process. Keep in mind that your blood pressure is probably high from that hellatious cycle. You could be bloated and the pressure caused you to have a meltdown. Going from heat to cold and getting knocked around in the waves, after being dizzy from the heat, and possibly hungry, could have caused it too. It’s really hard to say. The best investigation you can always do is to eliminate the most worrisome possible causes first. That way you know that you’ll eventually find the culprit and get on something serious fast!

It really does sound a lot like it could be diabetic shock. You didn’t say you were taking insulin or IGF-1, but sometimes people don’t list those things, so we can’t be sure. Get a glucose monitor and go to the doctor asap!
