Ask any bodybuilder what compound he or she uses to cut up for a bodybuilding show, and the answer should be fairly easy to predict. There’s a good chance he or she will respond with “ECA, baby!” If you’re not familiar with it, ECA is the most popular bodybuilding supplement for shedding body fat. It consists of 200 mg caffeine, 250 mg aspirin, and 25 mg ephedrine, administered twice per day. It also leads to very quick dependence, and resulting decline of effect. It can also affect heart function. When used alone in triple, quadruple, or even higher dosages, ephedrine can be deadly. In the end, ECA only bumps up the metabolism by 2 to 3 percent, a minimal yet influential change in the body’s ‘furnace power’.

For those users who don’t want to face the heart patters or limited usage of ECA, there is DNP. It’s the fastest working fat burner in the world. It boosts the metabolism like no other drug in the world. In fact, users actually enjoy (if you want to call it that!) an increase in resting body temperature of 1 to 3 degrees while using DNP. Like ephedrine, it is fairly catabolic, and very rough on the system. DNP’s side effects include nausea, sweating, and potentially blindness, with high doses. Users should stick with 200 mcg per day for 4 days, and then ramp up to 300 or 400 mcg per day if they have a higher bodyweight. Clenbuterol is a viable option for bodybuilders who don’t want the annoying effects of ECA and don’t relish the potentially dangerous side effects of DNP. Clen is a middle-of-the-road solution for serious athletes, not part-time soccer moms who want to ‘tone up’. Clenbuterol can raise the metabolism by about ten percent with a dosage of 5 to 10 of the 20 mcg tablets each day. Clen should be used two weeks on, then two weeks off, with ECA being a sensible option for those weeks when Clen is not used. DNP in the 200 mcg dosage also works during this period, if the bodybuilder is of the advanced nature and prepared for such side effects.

Clean doesn’t deliver the crash like ECA does, which means you can use it on and off without fear of impacting your workouts or gym performance on the days you take off. Clen inspires the central nervous system to simply increase its output. Your elevated state of ten percent higher will make you an animal in the gym and a fat burning machine. Clen is useful in the off-season, pre-contest, and even post-cycle. It’s a powerful and effective solution for body fat burning needs.
