Fluoxymesterone isn’t used much as part of the bodybuilder’s annual gear catalog. But when it is used, it can make a great deal of difference for the bodybuilder trying to attain top shape for a contest. Let’s look at a few of the more commonly asked questions regarding the use of this drug.

Q: I’m a bodybuilder with a show in about a month. I’d like to bring some Fluoxymesterone into the mix. Is this advisable?

A: Absolutely. Fluoxymesterone, or Halotestin, is a very powerful oral drug which should be used in the final weeks before a show to help bring out an ideal mix of muscularity and hardness for the bodybuilder.

Q: You said it’s an oral?

A: Yes. You will need to take one of the 10 mg of this drug 3 to 4 times per day, as it is only active in the body for about seven hours.

Q: As an oral drug, it is pretty hard on my organs?

A: Definitely. You should have a complete blood panel run before starting your initial testosterone-based cycle. This way, when you begin taking the oral drug Fluoxymesterone, you’ll be able to more accurately measure its impact upon your body. Liver function may not be impaired in any meaningful way with a simple cycle of Fluoxymesterone for 3 to 4 weeks before a show. If you plan on using it for the full 12 to 16 weeks, you had better see a doctor now and perhaps RSVP at your local hospital!

Q: I may be doing a tested show as well (for natural competitors). Will Fluoxymesterone be out of my bloodstream in just a few days like most orals?

A: Unfortunately, it will not. If you use this drug, it will show up in urinalysis tests for up to eight weeks. You can use masking agents to move the time down to about one week, but you still run a major risk of being disqualified for the presence of these masking agents. Your best bet would be to avoid entering natural competitions, as you will have an obvious and unfair advantage over the other athletes by using Fluoxymesterone.

Q: Is this a new drug?

A: Actually, no. it was one of the earliest anabolic steroids and has been available for about fifty years now.

Q: So what are the positive effects I should expect to see with just a few weeks of use?

A: This drug is almost twenty times more anabolic than testosterone. This means you’ll see insane strength gains, and you’ll be as aggressive as a bull.

Q: And what negative effects will accompany these gains, which sound terrific?

A:
As mentioned, it is hepatoxic, meaning it can negatively affect the liver. Added aggression may be too much for some lifters with an already short fuse to handle.

Q: I have friends into powerlifting who use Fluoxymesterone. Is this a good idea?

A: Fluoxymesterone is quite popular in powerlifting and strongman competition because it actually helps users to get stronger, more aggressive, and leaner. Powerlifters don’t want to add 20 pounds of muscle to their frame, as it would wreck their weight lass and put them up next to bigger, stronger guys. The fact that they can enjoy an anabolic edge without gaining weight (just as long as they don’t pile on the plates of food) makes it a good choice for competition.
