Every now and then, we could all use a kick in the pants, right? You know the feeling. It is leg day and you had a rough day at work. You’re not exactly all that excited to be facing the line for the squat rack, and your energy reserves seem to be a bit low. How are you going to muster the energy to train tonight at the intensity you desire to deliver some real muscle growth?
Initially, you could opt for caffeine. If you haven’t used it before, you’re in for quite a treat. However, if you enjoy a cup or three of coffee each day, then you’ll quickly learn there isn’t much to be gained from pre-workout caffeine pills or drinks. If anything, you may be using it now just to maintain your normal energy’s status quo.
You’re running a cycle, right? You should be feeling stronger and if you’re running a testosterone Enanthate or other compound, you’re likely getting a bit bigger. But it’s that aggression you seek. If only there was a steroid you could us minimally which would not only contribute to your bodybuilding goals, but would turn you into an animal in the gym?
As you may have guessed, such a compound already exists. It is called Methyltestosterone, and it has been around for many years. Long used for helping males with low testosterone levels enjoy a slight boost, Methyltestosterone is an oral steroid which delivers a very short window (6 to 8 hours) of aggression, strength increase, and attitude that standard testosterone just doesn’t give you.
As with any oral steroid, liver and prostate issues cannot be ignored. It wouldn’t be advisable to run a standard Methyltestosterone cycle, alone or stacked with testosterone. The level of toxicity when using this drug in a full-time capacity can’t be ignored. However, when used as a nice add-on to your standard cycle, it can provide a boost in the gym that will make all the difference in the world when it comes to meeting and maximizing your bodybuilding potential.
Limit your use of the oral drug Methyltestosterone to about 4 times per week. Enjoy 25 mcg about one hour before your workout. This applies to both bodybuilders and powerlifters alike. Users of Methyltestosterone report excellent advantages in aggressiveness and very noticeable gains in strength. However, most noted no muscle mass or weigh gain occurred. For bodybuilders, this won’t be a concern, as you will also be running a standard testosterone and eating like a horse in order to gain muscle mass. For powerlifters concerned with unnecessary weight gain pushing them into a weight class where they are less competitive, minimal weight gain might be quite desirable.
As you would with any heavy oral steroid, don’t stay on Methyltestosterone for more than six weeks. When used moderately, you should see minimal impact on liver enzyme levels while enjoying the fresh responsiveness your muscle cell receptors should have to Methyltestosterone. Good luck, and be sure to keep that aggression in check outside of the gym!
