Q: I hear that I can use Nolvadex for reducing bloatedness and water. Is this true and how much if so?
A: Yes, you can, and the best amount is between 10 and 20 mgs. But I would use Arimidex. Keep in mind that Nolvadex is a SERM – it selectively blocks estrogen at specific sites, as in breast tissue. It is actually a weak estrogen itself, and will exhibit estrogenic properties at other sites like bones, liver, abdominal fat stores. That means you may put on more fat in the abdomen than you would if you “reduced bloat” using another method – like diet, or cardio or a diuretic. Posted in: Steroid Articles | | Comments (0)
