Q: While on a cycle, would Ibuprofen inhibit gains or hurt my internal organs?
A: A lot of people have asked this and I may have answered previously… I will answer my standard answer. Personally, I think Ibuprofen is one of the wonder drugs of the twentieth century. Personally, I think it’s worth every risk – which are very few if you take it correctly. By “correctly” I mean, take it the way it is most effective. That means, go in hard, and get out fast. If you take 400mg as the bottle suggests, it just isn’t enough to diminish TRUE inflammation. In fact, 800mg is the minimum you’ll need to create an actual anti-inflammatory effect.
