Q: I’ve heard recently, that caffeine and creatine don’t mix and that taking caffeine defeats the purpose of taking creatine. Dude, I can’t go without my coffee! What’s the scoop on this?
A: It is inadvisable, but it isn’t lethal or damaging in ways that one might associate with a “warning”. It’s not like mixing speed and beta-blockers and isn’t going to cause you to drop to the ground gripping your chest in excruciating pain. However, it isn’t going to serve you well if the reason you’re taking creatine is for intra-cellular volume and muscle growth. Caffeine, as everyone knows, is dehydrating and draws water out from the body. It’s a natural diuretic and can cause a lot of imbalance within the body in terms of mineral and electrolyte retention. The other issue is that when you dose creatine, you’re ...Posted in: Steroid Q&A | | Comments (0)

Q: I read somewhere that AAS and Creatine isn't a good idea because they correspond to the same receptor cells and when put together, they compete too hard with one another and actually diminish the effects of AAS. Is this true?
A: They may have some receptor sites in common, though we've never heard that. But receptors aren't really the issue here because they don't have chemical structure in common, so it would be a miss on that level anyway. More importantly, they work much differently, and therefore, should be used in different applications. Creatine swells muscle cells with fluid and increases contraction strength and hypertrophy. Its interaction with androgen pathways is debatable. Here's what's more important: You're using AAS during a cycle and hopefully eating yourself toward massive gains, in addition to the effects of AAS. So ...Posted in: Steroid Q&A | | Comments (0)

Q: My workout partner said that CEE is the most advanced creatine on the market and that there isn't anything new other than that. I told him I'd heard of something that was newer than CEE, but he didn't buy it because I couldn't come up with the name. It's supposed to be better than CEE. Is this true or did I just lose a bet?
A: No, just because you forgot the name, doesn't mean it doesn't exist! It's called CrEPSma2. It is BY FAR the world's MOST ANABOLIC creatine! Hands down! And, what makes it more advanced than CEE is that it has fat burning properties to it. It's the world's first pump boosting, muscle inducing, FAT BURNING creatine! Sorry for shouting, but we feel strongly about it! It actually increases insulin sensitivity (enabling you to ...Posted in: Steroid Q&A | | Comments (0)
