Today, there is no doubt that growth hormone is a drug which can change lives for the better. Men and women alike are using small doses of GH to restore their natural youth and keep their testosterone and estrogen levels in ideal ranges as age attempts to lower these levels. A very small dose of 1 to 3 IU per day is more than adequate, when used in a long-term basis, to change many of the body’s functions. People from all walks of life (and income levels) are discovering growth hormone for small injury repair as well as major changes to quality of life in the permanent sense. It’s certainly here to stay. It wasn’t always this way, however. Growth hormone is a technology that is still in its infancy. It was only 30 ...

Q: I am pretty new at this cycle stuff, and know that I should take something to bring my own Testosterone back into play once my cycle is done. I was going to use HCG, but someone told me that I need to be concerned with HPTa levels and started getting all scientific with me. What is that and why should I care about it? A: When you take AAS, the body’s natural testosterone feedback loop shuts down production. The body has to see the deficiency or surplus for a period of time before stopping or secreting hormones, and an eight week cycle does that trick. While on an AAS cycle, it’s fine, but when off, it spells trouble, because we haven’t kick started our own production. HPTA stands for hypothalamic-pituitary-testicular (or sometimes gonadal) axis. It represents the combined function ...

Q: I had something odd happen to me the other day when I was injecting a dose into my glute. I was using a one inch needle and I drew out some pus-like yellow fluid. It had some blood in it. I reinjected into another area and it’s never happened again. I know it wasn’t an abscess because it didn’t hurt. What could this have been? A: Believe me, had it been an abscess, you’d have known it far before you stuck a one inch pin into it! It would have been hot and swollen and have hurt like hell. You didn’t say if you were slightly heavy, or fat right now, so I might guess that you may have hit a store of adipose tissue and drawn out some yellow fat. If you are over 200 pounds currently or you ...

Q: I’ve been experimenting with turning pelleted steroids (Ralgro, etc.) into powder so I can inject it. I was disappointed with the pill crusher and mortar and pestle that I bought to do that. I resorted to using a hammer inside foil or saran wrap and like it better. It needs blunt force, it seems, to make it work. I’m kind of puzzled as to what to use to inject it into me though. Do you just use water or what? A: I’m surprised you’re disappointed in the pharmacy bought pill crushers. They usually pulverize any tab into powder immediately. My main concern for you though, isn’t whether you’re pulverizing your pills amply, my concern is that you have no experience in terms of creating a suspended preparation with which to inject. This is crucial. First off, I’d do a little ...

GHQ:  I want to take GH just for fat loss, but I don’t know how much to take. What is the best dose to lose body fat? A: A lot depends upon how much you weigh, how much fat you need to lose and what time frame you have. GH does work relatively slowly on fat loss. Generally, the dose for fat loss for about a 160-180 pound person is about 2-4 iu’s.  Frankly 2 iu's a day, using a subcutaneous injections would do the trick for this weight. Taking 4 iu’s might be overkill. Don't expect immediate results, body composition changes occur after a month and up to 3 months. We think that injecting the iu’s into the fatty areas directly also has some benefit for fat loss. There’s no such thing as spot reduction in the ...
