When most average people are asked to think of bodybuilders, usually the two responses they will have are Arnold, and ‘roid rage. Arnold Schwarzenegger is the most famous bodybuilder ever, also he is a huge actor, and is now a politician; so his named grouped in with bodybuilding is not a bad thing. But ‘roid rage is the term for the increased anger and aggression that comes with steroid use, so this being thought of when bodybuilding is mentioned is not a positive thing. Most people don’t know if ‘roid rage actually exists, or whether it’s yet another sample of negative attention from the media designed to deter people from steroids.
