Do you actually have a need for testosterone supplementation?
Have you had your testosterone levels tested? If not, and you desire steroids, then you’re probably just like a million other males in America who would love to spike their T levels in order to make some new muscle gains. If you have a legitimate need for artificial testosterone, it is going to be a lot easier to obtain a prescription. And its use will make a lot more sense. Many people decide one day that they would love to look like Jay Cutler, and they do everything in their power to obtain testosterone and run a cycle. The problem is that many of them do not realize that steroid use is a lifelong commitment requiring numerous cycles and post-cycle therapy. It’s not like many drugs you can just use and forget. If you run artificial testosterone, you are going to disrupt your body’s natural testosterone production. Conduct your research to ensure you have a need, and understand the consequences, before you run a cycle.
Do you regularly exercise and follow good dieting practices?
If you’re just an out-of-shape everyday Joe, you’ll see a good response from the use of artificial testosterone. You’ll grow some new muscle and shed 5 or 10 pounds of body fat. Of course, you could use smart dieting and exercise practices to achieve this same goal without resorting to chemical assistance. If you’re out of shape, you need to get your ducks in a row regarding diet and exercise before dreaming of an artificial testosterone cycle!
What are your goals?
Are you just looking for a small bump to help you progress a bit faster and further in the gym? Or, do you wish to compete in actual bodybuilding shows? If you want to just increase your lagging levels a bit, 100 mg per week of any testosterone via a patch or gel means will give you that bump. If your goal is to add 35 pounds of muscle to your frame, then you’re going to run the average bodybuilder test cycle, which will be in the range of 400 to 800 mg of testosterone per week. Understand what level of dosage your long-term foals will require, and plan accordingly.
Do you have any personal or family history of tumor growth?
Testosterone, growth hormone, and other anabolic steroids will accelerate the growth of muscle tissue in the body because this tissue is made up of muscle cells which are very receptive to the agents found in steroids. Unfortunately, there are other cells in your body which will also respond very well to these chemicals; mainly, tumors and other unwanted growths. If you believe you’ll face growth issues in your lifetime, then you should avoid steroid use.
Do you have a reliable doctor and health coverage?
Picking up a single 12-week cycle of testosterone from a website is one thing. Having that valuable connection to a lifelong supply of testosterone is something else altogether. Don’t start a cycle unless you know what comes after it – mainly, more cycles. Not only is that feeling of growth addicting, but it’ll be hard for your body to function at that level later without the artificial testosterone.
What is your natural testosterone production like?
If you’re the type of guy who, through poor health of bad luck, has found himself prescribed Viagra by the age of 25, then testosterone is something you will eventually need, if you don’t have a need already. On the other hand, if you’re forty years old and still manage to maintain a very strong sexual drive, then it may benefit you to put off any test supplementation as long as possible.
