Are you interested in learning more about the anabolic steroid known as Anadur? It’s becoming less and less popular in recent years due to manufacturers not offering it, but its overall action and effects are among the most preferable a bodybuilder could ask for.

Anadur is essentially a slow-acting Nandrolone steroid. It can be compared to Deca. As a result, bodybuilders should always stack Anadur with testosterone, even from the earliest of beginner cycles.

Anadur is effective in women in very low doses, but should be avoided by fitness and figure athletes. Female bodybuilders already familiar with and prepared for the side effects of virilization will be able to see benefits from its use without side effects that are too intense. New female users will see its side effects as too harsh. Female dosing should be between 50 and 100 mg per week.

Male bodybuilders will find great success from a much larger dose, with the recommended dosage being between 200 and 600 mg per week. When stacked with a testosterone ester at 400 to 1000 mg per week, going above 400 mg per week is probably going to be detrimental for overall long term gains.

Anadur can be detected in the body for up to 18 months after use, which means it is not a good choice for chemically assisted bodybuilders using it to compete in natural contests. Like Nandrolone, Anadur is a compound which cannot be removed from the system very quickly with a steroid cleansing kit. While all traces of testosterone and many other commonly used compounds can be removed in less than a week with these kids, Anadur will remain on blood screens for over a year after use. Anadur is active within the body for anabolic purposes for up to 15 days. Stacking it with testosterone and dividing your weekly dose into bi-weekly shots ensures a steady stream of the compounds to your bloodstream. This keeps the muscles growing at the highest possible rate.

Taken alone, Anadur can cause problems of a sexual nature. An inability to attain or maintain an erection can occur. Users are advised to stack the drug with testosterone to prevent this from happening. If you are prone to gyno, it can be a problem with Anadur. However, if anti-estrogens are used along with post-cycle therapy, the risk is minimal. The positive side effects of Anadur are exactly what you’d expect from Nandrolone, except that the gains come a bit slower and last a bit longer following use. You’ll see a steady increase in muscle size and strength, and you may notice body fat levels begin to decrease steadily. Joint pain will also be lessened or even eliminated with the use of Anadur.

Anadur is a good choice for beginner and intermediate bodybuilders. It is the #2 compound in a responsible AAS stack, to be anchored to testosterone and used in reasonable doses. The gains seen will be very solid and the long-term effects will be minimal if proper dosages and PCT practices are observed.
