In the world of fat-burners for looking your best on the bodybuilding stage, ECA and Clen are neck and neck. If you want something cheap, fast, and available, ECA is always going to be your first option. You can buy ephedrine (25 mg Bronkaid), caffeine (250 mg) and aspirin (250 mg) at any drug store or pharmacy. For under $20, you can have a full pre-contest cycle of ECA. However, you will also have some other issues to contend with. ECA is very harsh on the body. Jitteriness, addiction, and heart palpitations are just the tip of the iceberg of ECA side effects. Most advanced athletes will use ECA from time to time (or in conjunction with Clenbuterol), but will opt for the slightly more expensive and less-readily-available Clenbuterol. With Clen, you don’t see the addiction and your heart and nervous system signals don’t go off the chart. If ECA is the tool used by first-time dieters, Clenbuterol is probably for veterans of the cutting game.

If you are going to choose to use Clenbuterol (a wise choice at that!), you are going to want to fully understand dosing and cycling policies to ensure the drug is most effective for you in helping you to reach your fat loss goals. Just taking a daily dose of 40 mcg per day for “as long as it takes to get lean” isn’t going to cut it. By the end of the cycle, you’ll actually start to begin gaining weight again, and the results will be average at best. Careful, ramped-up dosing, coupled with plenty of breaks throughout the cycle, will make the drug the most effective.

Your daily Clenbuterol dose should be 40 to 60 mcg per day. If this is your first cycle, then 40 mcg per day is the absolute ceiling on how much you should be using. More experienced users may find Clenbuterol at the 60 mcg level daily to be ideal. Advanced users may find success with 80 or more mcg per day of Clenbuterol, but such high dosing should only take place under the watchful eye of a physician via blood panels. Under no circumstances should any beginning users employ this much Clenbuterol.

In terms of weekly cycles, you should keep it extremely simple. Use the drug for two weeks (14 days) then take 14 days off. Continue until the show arrives. You can use ECA sparingly to keep your system boosted during those 2 weeks off each month, but you should cycle off of it as well, since it is extremely addictive. Use Clenbuterol for up to 3 months at a time.

A few thoughts remain which should be taken into consideration. Clenbuterol isn’t that effective when used with low-carbohydrate (Ketogenic) diets. For those using AAS at those diets in conjunction, small mini-cycles of ECA will work best for you. You may experience some nausea or dizziness during your first week of using Clenbuterol, but they are harmless and will subside quickly once your body adjusts. Be sure to drink 16 ounces of water each waking hour, and halt all Clen use at 3 pm to ensure you are able to sleep at night. Good luck getting lean!
