Q: Why is ATP important to release during workouts? What is it? Can I buy it?
A: One at a time, dude! ATP stands for Adenosine Tri-Phosphate. It is produced in the body during exercise in what is called the Kreb’s Cycle. In recent years, supplements have begun including a lab produced version – also the NO products stimulate its secretion – of ATP because of its crucial role in metabolism and muscle building. If you want more information on the Kreb’s Cycle, do a search for it on a non-supplement site so you can learn more about its importance.
